In cooperation with Retos Varnsdorf, one of the largest hardening machines in Europe was put into operation for a foreign customer. It enables vertical hardening of rolls up to 6 m long and up to 500 mm in diameter. Our company took part in the mechanical design and supplied the induction technology including the converter, the water and polymer management system, and the automation. The machine was fully assembled and tested in the Czech Republic, then disassembled and transported to its destination.
